The conversation
This is where the consultation begins. I want to hear where you have been meaning to go and why it has stayed with you, when you can travel, who is coming, what you loved on the last trip and what you quietly put up with. This is the part of the work I enjoy most, and it is where the whole thing is decided. The first conversation is complimentary, and there is no obligation at the end of it.
The Plan
Then I put the trip together and bring it back to you. Everything in it traces back to something you said. The pace you want, the mornings you love, the one meal you would travel for and the three you would happily skip. Where to stay and why that one, which week, which room if the room matters, which flights and which seats. It’s all carefully designed to your tastes.
Not a search result. A plan that could only have been written for you, with the reasons attached.
You read it, we change whatever needs changing, and nothing is booked until you are happy with it.
The Journey
Before you go we finalise any last details and you share any final departure requests. Every booking is confirmed, then reconfirmed ahead of your arrival, and your name and your preferences reach the property before you do, so you are expected rather than announced.
This is where two decades on the other side of the desk goes to work. I am not calling a reservations line. I am calling the general manager, the maître d', the person who actually controls the upgrade list, and they know I only ask when it matters.
While you are away I am a phone call, a message or a WhatsApp away, at whatever hour it happens to be where you are. I watch the connections, the transfers and the confirmations quietly in the background, so the only thing left for you to do is enjoy it. This is the moment it stops being yours to carry, and you enjoy.

Every itinerary is made by hand, one at a time, custom around the people travelling. The studio keeps its list short, and it shows in the fit. The right room in the right month, a door already open, a name already known.

Virtuoso is an invitation only network of advisors and vetted portfolio of hotels, ships and operators. The benefits and amenities attached to it are not available on the same room booked directly.
A booking made through the studio arrives differently. Breakfast, a credit to spend during your stay, a complimentary upgrade. Your reservation carries status. Your name at the desk before you arrive.
That is the access, and it is worth having. It is also the part that makes every Virtuoso experience valuable. What the list cannot tell you is which of it is right for you, and that is the work we do.
Introducing Enrique
It all began in fine dining, working alongside hatted and Michelin-starred chefs, catering to guests who had seen everything and expected more.
In those days service was not a transaction, it was an art. Not a script, but an instinct, a rhythm. Anticipating someone’s needs, before they’ve thought to ask. Knowing their preferences and the experience that accompanies it.
From there, I pivoted into events. Fashion shows, brand activations, film parties and festivals. Events teach you logistics in the only way that sticks, which is having to make it happen on a fixed date, in front of an audience, with no second chance.
For over two decades I worked in rooms where the care happens long before anyone sees it. Handcrafted experiences for very important clientele. In those spaces, nothing is left to chance. Everything verified, everything tested, everything delivered with precision, warmth and care.
My name is Enrique, and I am the founder of R.A.H. Travel Studio, a luxury travel studio caring for every element of a journey, whether on land, at sea or in the air, the care does not stop at the hotel door. It runs through to the smallest things: the right table at the restaurant, the walk home worth taking, the last drink of the night somewhere special.
Then a decade in luxury hotels, where it was my privilege to welcome so many VIP guests, celebrities and even royalty through the doors.
What The Travel Studio promises is a very real knowledge of what happens on the other side of the desk. I know the process. I know what’s possible. I know who to call. When something needs deciding, I am speaking to the general manager, not a call centre.

Bobby Goldsmith Foundation (BGF) is Australia’s longest-running HIV charity, founded in 1984. It began when a group of friends came together to provide their dying mate, Bobby Goldsmith, with the care he needed to remain at home, ensuring his last weeks were as comfortable as possible. Bobby died with dignity, at home, where he wanted to be.

Harbour City Bears
Harbour City Bears is Sydney's only community group for Bears and their friends and admirers.
With more than 140 events each year — including weekly social gatherings, quarterly dance parties, group dinners, and various community outings — Harbour City Bears has over 1,200 active members, making us the largest Bear association in the Southern Hemisphere, and one of the largest in the world!
