The short version. We collect only what we need to plan your travel, we never sell your information, and you can ask us at any time what we hold and to correct or delete it.

What we collect

• Enquiries: your name, contact details and whatever you tell us about your plans.

• Planning a journey: details needed to book on your behalf — passport information, dates of birth, loyalty numbers, dietary and accessibility needs, and, where relevant to your travel, health information. We treat all of it as confidential.

• Newsletter: your email address, only when you sign up.

• Website: basic analytics (pages visited, device type) via cookies. You can decline or clear cookies in your browser. ‍

How we use it

To plan and book your travel, to look after you while travelling, to respond to enquiries, and — only if you've subscribed — to send the occasional newsletter. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately.‍ ‍

Who we share it with ‍

Only the parties needed to deliver your journey: airlines, hotels, tour operators, transfer companies, cruise lines and travel insurers, and only the details they require. Many are outside Australia; by asking us to book international travel you consent to your details being sent to providers in the destination country, whose privacy rules may differ from Australian law. We never sell or rent your information to anyone. ‍

Store and affiliate links

‍Products in our Store link to third-party retailers. The studio may earn a commission on purchases, at no extra cost to you. Once you leave our site, the retailer's own privacy policy applies.

Keeping and protecting it

‍We keep records only as long as needed for your travel, our legal obligations (including tax record-keeping), and reasonable business purposes, then delete them. Information is stored on reputable, access-controlled platforms; only the studio has access.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal record-keeping), by writing to enrique@rah-travelstudio.com. We respond within two business days. If you're not satisfied with our handling of a complaint, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
