Fierté Montréal runs through the Village and out to the Olympic Park esplanade, closing with a parade that has drawn crowds in excess of 300,000 in past years. Terrace season is at its height by early August, and the whole neighbourhood spills onto Rue Sainte-Catherine after dark.
